Why Bitcoin have value because Satoshi Nakamoto pioneered Blockchain so does Bitcoin as his specimen coin, all cryptocurrencies/altcoins have their own distinct value and its features [and Ethereum - in my opinion is the upgraded type, more secured because of Turing test or its Captcha, and cheaper than BTC created by Vitalik Buterin].

Honestly your question is too narrow to broaden it a little it should be "Why does Blockchain have value?" which is the loudest, and noisiest behind all doors in eCommerce, Developers, and Fintechs.

So NOT REALLY Bitcoin have it, for scammers, yes.
