I hope everybody would be fair about this new feature implemented by admin theymos.
This thread is for the purpose of awareness that merit is given to a constructive and quality post. I have made a thread here in the market place section, hoping that there will not be such things like buying and selling merits. Let's work with our own asses.

Saddly, but many people are already selling/buying Merit points, for example here:

On local boards there are much more Merit sellers. There was people who got 20 or even 50 Merit for a low quality posts, it's obvious abuse of Merit system. Both, buyer and seller has to be reported to DT members and they will give them red trust rating.

Do you buy the merit? it's hard to get merit because it's just about giving a merit, it's hard to find a merit because no one gives it, even though members are no longer able to do new bitcoin forums.

I dont think so that you will find anyone who will sell you his own merit. There is no way that you can get the merit and that too not by putting in your efforts but using your money. If you really want to get the merit, then you must put in the best of your efforts and that you must be sure that you are not doing any kind of illegal activity to get the thing which dont even belong to you.
