I am new as well. Choosing the best bounty is same like choosing which ICO you want to invest. Most important is to study their project, is the project is unique? Is the project can be useful to its users? What will be the advantages compare to existing one?. Check dev team background. Considering experienced bounty manager is a plus factor.
