Sleeping in the right time is one of the perfect sources of healthy living also at least drinking a lot of water. Nowadays, we cannot deny that people in this generation rather stay awake at night than sleeping like what grandpa did in their years. We should have the proper discipline or else we should see ourselves in the future of what are we today.
