You could test it at stock setting first. Then step-by-step OC with higher core. I mined with P104-100 as well, so far so good, for your interest, please check my tests in following thread. By the way, I think P104-100 could do better on mining ETH rather than mining ZEC.

Hi mate, you could try with the following setting:

1. Claymore's Dual Ethereum Miner.
2. %75 power limit
3. +640 memory
4 -50 core

The hashrate should be around 39.5 - 39.7 Mh/s. I ever pushed memory to +800, but it's not stable, and getting crash sometimes. So I think OC memory should be less than +650. For power limit, if I set it to 85%, the hashrate will be around 40.5 Mh/s.
