It was never Yuriy's intent to allow users to withdraw DIG from C-Cex. 0.6 DIG was never enough to pay for gas to facilitate withdrawals by at least a factor of 10.
Instead, he managed to extort 2.5 BTC from Arbitrade to facilitate the UNY to DIG swap on his exchange but it was not to help users as he claims. It was to turn his own bag of worthless UNY into a bag of valuable DIG. Nothing more.
If his motives were in fact honorable, the DIG withdrawal fee would have been set to at least 6 DIG from the very beginning (even though we now know that DIG is a gas hog and the actual fee is much higher than that).
Yuriy is a con-artist, liar and thief; scum of the Earth douche bag. He has operated until now with total impunity from inside Kyiv, Ukraine fleecing users with his trading bots and stealing entire wallets of coins, the next most recent being XVG.
