These are reasonabkle and logical points nobody can turn down, but I guess its not that simpel, ther isnt't just these two types of transactions in bitcoin, the system is far more complicated. For example you forgot about daytraders and people using btc as valid payment method. Not speaking about the so called whales if they are trying to influence markets or not...
