Oh sad to hear such situation happen to you! Good luck on taking the site online once again and dont forget your medication because wealth would be nothing if your body is already affected. 
Probably he needs to work with a group of people/friends to manage the site so once one of the team is getting sick or other thing then the other team's members still able to manage the site. Managing a gambling site alone is not so effective, especially if the site has a target to get xx wagered amount.
