done but how does it works, i mean i finish all steps created account (ask me to enter secret frase to ulock it) i do that, and next time i enter SAME fraze , it is another acount number.. or i just dont get it how does it works.. can you explein, is that all my acouts, or what

You probably didn't enter the exact same phrase.
it has to be exactly the same, upper/lower case, whitespace characters, everything, otherwise it'll be a different account number.
Best of all just use a string of random characters, 30 or more characters long, and save that string in a cool dry place.

Just in my acoounts all states its in development.. what does this mean can i use this account or not
