I’ve also seen these cheaters some days ago and the report was already finished, but Jannat76 was faster.  

If I had a look to it there are some more accounts connected. All accounts are cheating brazenly in some Bounty campaigns (content creation, signature campaign).
They are copying articles or videos from other participants, mixing them up, translating into another language, adding different pictures than in the original article and submitting these fraud articles as their own work.

I think if someone is detected as a content creation cheater, it should be possible to exclude them from any Bounties.

Maybe you find an account of your own language and you will see in steemit, it is 100% Google Translate and makes absolutely no sense.

As final proof, you can see all their upvotes in steemit: all these cheater accounts have upvoted their content each other. The fake articles do all have upvotes between 40 and 80 upvotes, so there are at least 40 to 80 accounts involved.

They are translating in almost every language and cheating until there is no tomorrow!! Unbelievable…

In addition I think it will be a good solution to exclude them from any Bounties and get their stakes deleted due to excessive cheating.
