Hi guys, I have a question about crowdinvesting on your platform, do you hold a Capital Markets Service License? Where is the platfrom registered? How do you deal with companies that want to get funding through crowdinvesting from another country?
Crowdfunding campaigns are not yet active as we are still in Beta, but once the platform is working full fledgedly you shall receive more details about it from our campaign moderators. You can still go ahead and create a draft of your campaign on the platform and tweak it as necessary till the alpha is launched. Usually the steps are to create your campaign and once you win the rating section (one winner selected per week) the campaign goes to pre launch and this is where all the regulatory and legal requirements are checked by the campaign mods.
The platform is registered in Singapore but team is based out of Moscow.
