Miner is working fine. Only website is down.
Site should be back up now, but still running slow. I rebooted the server a few minutes ago. Working on new server as we speak.

Yes, you won't lose anything you mine. In a few hours I'll migrate the server, but when that happens, you won't be able to mine as your miners won't be able to connect.
I See. Btw since you were using Dedicated server to mine as said earlier. If we close Putty. Will mining continue ?
Not sure about the answer to that. If you can start your miner as a background process, then probably yes it will continue to mine, but if when you start it, you see the miner console and the stats (accepted shares, hash rate, etc...) then mining will probably stop if you close putty.
