I'm sure you can appreciate the fluidity of an on-going negotiation process. We're trying our best to be as transparent as we can about the entire process without potentially damaging those negotiations or violating any NDAs we may have. Nothing anyone said should be taken as fact until on-going negotiations have been finalized and formal statements made. There are a lot of parties and interests at play here that all have to be focused in a singular direction. Give us some time . Personally, I'm really excited -- I'm hopeful we'll have big news for everyone as early as monday.
