the BOS required for the masternode - are they burned or just locked up, so thatb hypotetically one could dissolve the masternode and sell the 40k BOS that constitute it?
The requirements are to Freeze 40,000 BOS or more per node (staking), have decent internet (low latency), and have a decent computer (no raspberry pie), but decent laptop or desktop linux/mac will work.
