why every mid year altcoin is always cheap.

I think the current dip is caused by two factors:

1. Binance API fail

2. MtGOX guy selling coins for 400M.

But the marker seems stable around 9K and alts seems to get a slight recover.

Oh, issue of binance hacked ?
Make market go down?

usually when Altcoin decreased this level of interest in Altcoin decreased. because of Altcoin's declining interest, the development and price of Altcoin are severely affected and can also fall too. so to anticipate this, when the development began to slow it would be nice to hold the Altcoin you have.
