when a site depends too much on just the owner it is both bad and good
sometimes a team is better than just one guy,but I knew a couple of sites where a disgruntled employee who had access
screwed the project up badly,so it is a double edged sword,especially if it was you who spent all the time and effort creating and maintaining a site
then giving full access to some stranger    is risky
