I sent several thousand coins on yobit, but it still shows zero on my account

i still did not receive my coins on yobit. and i just used the address provided by yobit.
and because i am not the only one this has to be an error.
please send me back 46k coins that i can try again.

We solved an issue. Here you can acquaint yourself with your transactions. You exchanged your NBT tokens to ERC 20 tokens. All tokens successfully transferred and the transaction passed in the system. You can find all your 46K coins in your wallet.

not solved for me. I send my erc20 NBT to bittrex, but bittrex does not show it in my balance

there must be an issue when you send them directly to an exchange. i sent some from an other BB wallet to MEW and then to an other address from yobit and the tokens where credited fast and was able to sell them.

this does not make sense, since the transaction directly on yobit (byteball - erc20 - yobit) is a normal transaction, exactly the same as mew - yobit (byteball - erc20 - mew - yobit)
how it work: you send erc20 (from any place) to your exchange adress (contract) - than this contract send tokens to main address (https://etherscan.io/token/0x2590e9238811b929135a406f3de5d0351cdd1bac?a=0x75a79467c2693711528dc784ad955e79de87eb4e) - than tokens will add to your balance
all this work, but tokens not added to my balance. It's not an issue with ethereum network or lack of gas

Our function is to exchange tokens from BB to ERC20. All tokens successfully transferred and the transaction passed in the system. For the rest of the motion of the token is responsibility of the person who conduct a transaction. If the money stuck in the interval mew-yobit thats a question to yobit.
