I've read the article and it seems to me the project is in the beginning of its run, some things are still being discussed and the whole concept isn't locked, can change during the development. Am I right?
I beleive at least 80% of all project have the same situation you never knows where the project would come at the end. i saw a couple of projects when they been starting from one idea but now they're working with something totally different. And it works!
