We don´t have the soft cap, our hard cap is 150.000.000 Tela.

Yes exactly, we finished about 95 % of work on the engine of our exchange platform and our projekt will start anyway

Yes, i really want to try using their exchange at beta version, should do that and explore some bugs before launch main release.
