It is not and revolution in that stream is much needed.OP your vision is concise but it's hard to find Universities which will comply with your idea.They have money to make
I agree that partnering with universities is probably going to be the hardest part. But I think as long as the idea is viable and students are flocking to the platform to take part in courses, the universities will eventually see it as an opportunity to attract new students and will be forced to innovative as well.
