Yes staking is active on premine because there are no big stakers right now on the network and if we stop staking block will not move and network will get stuck

so basically by doing that you have rendered everyone elses wallets and coins useless? and we cant sell them as nobody will buy them for the amount we have been ordered not to sell under... so we all have a wallet full of ueless coins? wow well we may as well shut down the 5 MN we are running then too. good work well done
