Banks have been doing that for years now. They keep your funds on hold for every tiny reason that they can possibly find. Those fuckers inspired poloniex and bittrex to do the same. Even right now, my bank has kept my 2000$ on hold. I thought they would just block trading and let people withdraw their funds if not doing/complying with verification

I'm a bit confused, what do they mean by saying "...within the next 2 weeks"?
isn't that mean we have 2 weeks to comply before freezing or before what?

They mean that they want their customers to verify their account within two weeks but the process may not be completed within those 2 weeks by poloniex staff. They claim they are adding new support staff, lol. I'm a bit confused, what do they mean by saying "...within the next 2 weeks"?
