As what I know the team behind this project is slowly growing up since they announce the project, they would surely expand in the future when they have more funds.

I don't see any sense to expand staff in the project if at the moment and so everything turns out and the planned purposes are carried out strictly to the plan. Another matter if there were any problems on terms or still any disorders.

He is not referring to adding more staff, he's telling if the team will have enough funds the project can successfully expand their platform. I agree with that, as enough funds are really needed to reach success.

Having more funds will help the project to fulfill all their plans and continue the developments. Let's hope that this project will gain many investors to join and make good investments.

Reaching hardcaps is always good to the company if the company has the ability to develop everything what they mentioned in the road map. So people are investing because already they are seeing the potential about the project.
