From where it is planned to attract personnel for this project, or rather for the final production, it should be highly paid specialists
As what I know the team behind this project is slowly growing up since they announce the project, they would surely expand in the future when they have more funds.
I don't see any sense to expand staff in the project if at the moment and so everything turns out and the planned purposes are carried out strictly to the plan. Another matter if there were any problems on terms or still any disorders.
