Your statement is misleading! Because even after people submitted their KYC it happened that they denied withdrawals.

If KYC is important for them, they have to ask for it right from the start and not only after winnings! Roll Eyes

Also, as you appear to be a KYC expert, why is KYC irrelevant for them as long as you lose?
