Hi, MaxCoin is from pre-ICO era, there was no ICO and it was a re-launch since the coin was abandoned for some time. Roadmap at
www.maxcoinproject.org is up to date. We work in a as-we-can fashion (we are all volunteers) there's not specific dates for each item but we are working on several items of the roadmap.
Most recent news is that the iOS mobile wallet will be launched soon (Breadwallet fork).
