What's going on here. My wallet (http://dogechain.info/address/DCsT2uvZKW8je9EECr6maDqrBzM381B9Dq) shows my full balance, but Dogecoin-Qt only shows the LATEST transaction 20808?

Such growth. I don't mean to seem to be stating the obvious, but has Dogecoin-Qt synced? Mine seems to take a long time before it makes a connection, maybe that's your problem.
