As what I know the team behind this project is slowly growing up since they announce the project, they would surely expand in the future when they have more funds.

I don't see any sense to expand staff in the project if at the moment and so everything turns out and the planned purposes are carried out strictly to the plan. Another matter if there were any problems on terms or still any disorders.

He is not referring to adding more staff, he's telling if the team will have enough funds the project can successfully expand their platform. I agree with that, as enough funds are really needed to reach success.

Having more funds will help the project to fulfill all their plans and continue the developments. Let's hope that this project will gain many investors to join and make good investments.

i think thats why they have the ico to raise the funds necessary to run the project successfully once they launch the project they will those things will pickup

Not all projects that raise hard cap are good, when they raise maximum - the team becomes lazy. I hope this does not happen with the Kepler.
