As what I know the team behind this project is slowly growing up since they announce the project, they would surely expand in the future when they have more funds.

I don't see any sense to expand staff in the project if at the moment and so everything turns out and the planned purposes are carried out strictly to the plan. Another matter if there were any problems on terms or still any disorders.

He is not referring to adding more staff, he's telling if the team will have enough funds the project can successfully expand their platform. I agree with that, as enough funds are really needed to reach success.

Having more funds will help the project to fulfill all their plans and continue the developments. Let's hope that this project will gain many investors to join and make good investments.

Unreasonable judgments of you, I don't know what you specifically meant. Each project has a certain necessary minimum sum for collecting which it is necessary for start of the project. Also there is soft and hard cap. Isn't present any "more" or "less" funds.
