I think they are afraid that too less people get to many token because of the small number of participants.
Although a minimum number of participants (signature) was not mentioned anywhere and the participants have carried their signature regulate!!!
So not many people, to much token so cancel... i don#t believe the team have a right line, so why the project have a right line? -> Scam? Rules are rules...
