This coin has unfair start. Some one can mine, someone not.
Completely fair start. 15 minute notice. Same software for everyone. Not sure what you define as fair.

I have the same problem
I was trying to sync 3 PC's. Finally I switched to another coin.
So far, we have found that there are some PCs that can't mine, as mentioned in the OP:
System requirements:
Mining and staking wallets are available for Windows, Linux, and Mac. Currently, you will require an Intel or AMD processor with AES instructions. Most Intel or AMD CPUs made within the past 5 or 6 years support these instructions. You can check yours specifically by running this free utility: https://www.cpuid.com/
Of those that we have confirmed can, I believe we have been able to get everyone who let the community discord help them, get going. We recently found that some people hadn't seen the system requirements or hadn't checked, and it turned out that was the issue. It seems a little unfair to call it unfair if that's the issue. If not, I'd be happy to help you get going if you decide to try again.
