I lost my BCH money when deposit to Bitsler.
I copied the address from Bitsler site and made deposit but nothing in my account, no balance, no transaction.
Then I asked in chat box, someone told me "dont worry, we are trying to fix" and then, stil nothing.
I asked a support by email and they replied "you sent to the wrong address, that's not our problem".
Then my money gone

If you really sent to the wrong address they can do nothing about it, its completly your problem
