I don't see the point in this. All they're doing is likely risking further injury. If he's not fully fit or healed then he should just sit this tournament out.
How can you not? Its the FIFA WORLD CUP. It happens once in every 4 years. Obviously Egypt are trying their level best to make sure that Salah becomes to fit to play,because their entire hopes are sort of relied on him. 
Honestly, though, you can't just go to a World Cup depending on a single player. They should accept the fact that Salah won't be 100% fit in WC to carry the entire team on his back and just hope for the best. Btw, I watched some highlights of the match between Egypt vs Colombia...let's just say that, without Mo Salah, I'd be surprised if Egypt manages to score a single goal in the group stage.
