I am having the same problem. The earnings have stopped for more than 10 hours. I have lots of Stipend(c11) earnings that were sent to the Exchange two days ago (0,44536mBTC). If I get them by tomorrow I wolud get my payment, but 'something' seems wrong here... Huh
