Probably they seen no attention gained from community and they started the new thread (bad practice)
But Guess what? Because of the people like topic starter this forum is full of this kind of multiplied same thread. They create the hard place to find relative information on this forum and thus damaging themselves.
As there is no moderation on the forum, they create several threads (sometimes exactly the same ann) hoping that one time it will trigger the curiosity.
