As it looks like I am not the only one trying to get in touch with Bter.com Support,
I was hoping that people who have sent an e-mail to
support@bter.com share the
date of the request and the
time it took for the issue to be resolved.....
or maybe not resolved So that we, who just had an issue with the Exchange, could know how much time it can take before we hear about it
