no, during the hacks they mined weeks of XVG... in hours. Its no more possible that

Not sure what you are trying to say but.. Like it has been said, it has only been made a little harder to exploit..

Ohh, also, that is not taking into account that HOURS are going by (for whatever reason TDB), where no blocks are found using the Lyra2Rev2 algo

(reference: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3256693.msg39141277#msg39141277)

Not even sure how the code allows that to happen.. Shouldn't DGW adjust the diff down on Lyra2Rev2 to 0.00 if no blocks submitted? What is the purpose of even having the algo? I mean, I guess I could understand if not one person in the entire world is mining on Lyra2Rev2... but that is simply not realistic esp so considering 'moppidoo' just pointed out that NiceHash is paying very high for Lyra2Rev2

Seems to be if you throw one of the algos out, it would makes things easier for someone attacking the other 4 algos..

. . . Which, they are probably doing since more blocks are currently being added than are supposed to be. Target block time of 30 sec is NOT being met.

So, things don't seem right to me. At all.
