B2N has a 60 blocks maturity time. Each block is 90 seconds on average and all mined blocks need to have maturity confirmation.
So, simply put:
90 secs * 60 blks = ~ 90 minutes
When anybody that starts mining, for the first 90 minutes, there is absolutely no reward paid out (that does not mean that they have not earned, it is simply not paid yet by the pool). All the blocks need to be fully matured before the pools will make the payout coins to the miners.
Here is an example of freshly mined blocks. This is the maturity requirement: As you can see the pool notifies that there is a "Maturity Requirement" of 60 blocks.
In this example, block height 9958 (the most recent block mined by the pool), must wait for 60 blocks as shown under status column before it is paid out by the pool.
