Partially it's the buyers of IDM tokens themselves. We bring attention to the fact that buyers of IDM tokens must determine on their own accord the legality of the purchase in their respective jurisdictions and a resale or a transfer of the tokens to other persons residing in different jurisdictions. All the other responsibility is on the company.
