It's not that hard to encourage people here since they're very open about tech stuff and money. Since IT people (students, professors..etc.)  knows about bitcoin already (or probably they've heard about it), you just need to explain it's legitimacy and how it works including the other cryptos. I don't make them invest instantly. I don't overwhelm them with jargons terms here. I want them to explore by themselves simply by joining here at bitcointalk.org. I guide them here, and it's their preference if they want to risk some money for trade and investment or if they want to mine or just join bounty campaigns and airdrops while studying. My parents and aunts are also curious about what I'm up to (cryptos) because they're seeing results (money) from what I'm up to here at bitcointalk since I prefer to do or join airdrops and campaigns.
