when does swap start? and exchange? which will it be after the swap?
We are putting on the finishing touches to the QT wallets and packaging the Electrum wallets. We will then decide what to do about CoinsMarkets. We have messaged them and have not heard back. We were hoping to have some idea of what their plan was. We will let you know as soon as we know more information.
As far as the swap goes, we are going to ask Nova if they are able to do it via their site. We think that it would be the most efficient way to execute the swap with the least headaches.

so what I understand is continue with the worst exchangs, so now I can tell you, this will not be a success, try at least cryptobridre better than coinmarkets and nova or if you have enough btc coinexchnge is better but I do not expect it from you.
