It's not a scam... but the people following it around calling it a "scam" is definitely keeping the price at bay and keeping new potential buyers hesitant... also cryptsy shit interface and lagbooks are keeping the price down too.. (Me along with a few friends tried buying Qrk the other day for 2 hours.. ended up cancelling our buy order and gave up)
I doubt keiser gives a shit about Quark.. probably doesn't own any and doesn't plan to buy any either...
however, I do believe Bill Still will bring it up on his show.. but probably very briefly
(after Qrk's extremely brief stint/mention of keiser's show - every quarker will be thinking "What? That's it? That's what I held onto these Quarks for over a month for? FFS" - time to jump onto cryptsy and dump this thing)

check it out. and btw max tweeted if jesus were alive today he would bring him bitcoin, litecoin and quark, so he must give a shit because someone like that don't just talk shit, but you could be right, but it hits btc38 tommorow another + and all crypto's are going to be valuable soon and the fact quark is top 4, has great security and is fast, makes it a perfect contender to blow up big time
