As far as I know companies like Google and Apple are also working on quite a lot of health care related stuff. Getting parameters like pulse rate via Apple watch etc. Are they competition for you or are you doing something differently?
There are plenty of apps out there that will give you blood pressure and heart rate but none that give you a prognosis or access to doctors online via tele medicine on your app
They have much more tests than pulse rate. They have a dedicated machine for test. I believe that instead of Google and Apple watches being their competitor, they can actually integrate with the platform to have a better tracking of activity of the user in the health record.
