that's pretty funny i must admit, but, max has plenty of money and doesn't need to support a scam to make a quick buck, and bill as much as people will tell you was bribed, would of had a million of them to shut up over the years, so he also don't need to ruin his reputation making a quick buck, so it's up to you, but the QUARK ark is leaving soon, and it's up too you if your on or off.....
