These account farmers need to be punished somehow. This is really getting out of hand. Theymos should impose a much stricter IP ban policy than ever before, or remove bounties from here altogether.

can anyone please look at this? They will do that till they are caught, and maybe even after that. Most bounties don't forbid people with negative trust to join, so it probably wouldn't even matter at all to them. That's the sad part about it. Instead they'll probably make new accounts alongside and continue as before.
