No, It may be a flaw, but I believe ETH is not a scam; it has been a phenomenon of 2015 and so far no one can deny the tremendous and effective contributions that eth has brought the crypto market as well as a bridge between the blockchain industry and users. To me, ETH is the best and most reliable altcoin.
