Hello,
My name is Marinescu Adrian, and I am the CEO of Capital Technologies & Research programming company incorporated in Romania under Romanian official laws. We are preparing to launch our fully decentralised communication platform and we need advertising funds for the initial launch. The collateral will be discussed via private messages, here, or via Telegram: @capital_adrian_marinescu

Instead of discussing collateral in private, you should discuss it here in public, otherwise people may not be interested. If you have valid collateral that is 120% of what youre asking that can be easy to liquidate in the event of a default, go on and mention what it is

As I mentioned earlier, the collateral is represented by shares, tokens that can be transferred directly, or traditional cryptocurrencies at the end of the crowdsale.
The collateral offer starts from 150% of what we receive.

Best regards,
Marinescu Adrian

Well shares are pretty much worthless since it doesnt mean the lender will get the money. Tokens from this ico arent on an exchange (unless you have tokens that are then its best to say what you have) and they are pretty much worthless in the event of a default, and future income (or in this anything received at the end of an ICO) isnt valid collateral since there is no guarantee that you will receive the income and even if you did, would repay the debt.
