Im just wondering how the average employee will continue to benefit from this platform/token once theyve landed a job, which they will hopefully be happy to stay in long term?
cant see it personally unless they want to keep their aworker profile updated. This is a rival for linkedin so while they may not get tokens for interviews they may get some for certs or new skills? thats not 100% clear to me if thats the case but may keep the employee involved in the aworker platform to earn more tokens
