yeah it was a very smart move to cash out predicting to an upcoming bearish market. so you can easily buy from deeper point and increase the quantity of coins your have by this method. very smart.
I think this is a very good idea but it's very risky if someone is not very good at technical analysis because you must be good at reading the chart
