If they in fact have to return US persons funds then we should all get an equal chance to request our funds.

I'm concerned this is a stall tactic.   THEY SAID they were US complaint so what gives.   Should fire your legal team if that was a mistake.

Saying one thing and doing another is not good 

Everyone was hoping for an exchange announcement but you guys kept delaying saying "end of the month"  and now "wait until Monday" but I'm sure Monday comes around and nothing.  Over promise under deliver.
